I made a My Singing Monsters: Dawn of Fire monster checklist! It’s online and free to use.

2. At the top left, click “File,” then click “Make a copy.”
3. Name it whatever you want.

Note that since not all of the monsters are added to the game yet, and there may be more islands eventually, etc, this may get changes after you make your copy. Your copy will not update itself.
